  • Failure to make the required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts already paid.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@edutoursllc.com.
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the date the written cancellation request is received and according to the cancellation schedule applicable to the specific travel package.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the package-specific terms, deposits may be non-refundable.
  • As the departure date approaches, cancellation fees may increase due to commitments made with hotels, transportation providers, guides, activity providers, and other travel suppliers.
  • Certain services or expenses may be non-refundable regardless of the date of cancellation.
  • Please review the cancellation policy associated with your specific travel package before completing your reservation.

See the Cancellation Policy for the schedule that applies to the current departure.
