Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, payment, and participation in travel and accommodation services provided by EduTours LLC for the NAFSA Global Summit in Tangier – January 2026.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

EduTours LLC, as the official housing and cultural partner for the NAFSA Global Summit 2026, provides:

  • Accommodation arrangements

  • Cultural and optional excursions

  • Transfers and logistics related to the event

Details of services are listed in the booking confirmation and on our official communication channels.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.

  • Prices may vary based on availability and booking date.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., optional excursions, personal services) will be clearly indicated before purchase.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received via credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway.

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

  • EduTours LLC does not store any payment card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations on or after December 5, 2025: No refund. 
  • Cancellations before December 5, 2025: 75% refund, minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations before November 20, 2025: 50% refund, minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations before October 18, 2025: Full refund, minus administrative fees.

Important Notes:

  • Administrative Fees: All cancellations are subject to administrative fees, which cover non-refundable costs incurred during the booking process. These fees include payment processor fees, hotel cancellation penalties, and agency planning fees for the time and services dedicated to organizing your travel experience.
  • Cancellation Requests must be sent in writing to info@edutoursllc.com  
  • Total Refund Amounts are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received in writing.
  • Services not used during the event (such as optional excursions or personal services) are also non-refundable.

6. Participant Responsibilities

  • Ensure all travel documents (passport, visas, health requirements) are valid and compliant.

  • Respect local laws, cultural norms, and event regulations.

  • Arrive on time for all booked activities; missed activities will not be refunded.

7. Liability

EduTours LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, political events, or other situations beyond our control.

8. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, accommodations, or activities when necessary, ensuring equivalent or improved services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of New Jersey.
